Here, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, lies a small piece of Karlsruhe, Germany. We’re still making schnitzel and pretzels with recipes our family has used for generations. That’s the beauty of Edelweiss -- every night is a family dinner for us. We even offer our visiting friends a selection of German beers to enjoy in our unique collection of glasses and mugs. Between our German hometown decor and our occasional polka bands, walking into our Virginia restaurant always feels like embarking on a European adventure.
